Adam is a property entrepreneur, former law enforcement professional, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Officium Group. Heleads the business with a clear belief in the value of time, helping owners and leadership teams reclaim it through modern, well-run managed outsourcing solutions.

Before founding Officium Group, Adam built a diverse career spanning counter-terrorism policing, enterprise coaching, and business transformation. He has worked with FTSE 100 organisations and government agencies, supporting them to adopt more agile, effective ways of operating and leading change at scale.

Adam brings deep experience as a consultant and managing director, having built Officium UK on agile principles to challenge outdated outsourcing models. His approach focuses on tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable growth, and create long-term value for clients.

As a board leader, Adam combines commercial insight, operational discipline, and a people-first mindset. His broad experience across property, transformation, and outsourcing positions him as a trusted leader in the Business Process Outsourcing sector, with a strong focus on client outcomes and sustainable performance.

Michael brings hands-on P&L ownership and extensive senior leadership experience, having led organisations through periods of growth, transformation, acquisitions, and divestments. He has operated at board and executive level across complex environments, helping businesses navigate change while maintaining commercial focus.

As a board advisor, Michael works closely with leadership teams to design effective operating models, establish clear decision-making frameworks, and embed the cadence, metrics, and accountability required for sustainable performance.
